What time does the race start?
11:00am, Saturday 27th October 2018, Hove Lawns opposite Adelaide Crescent. The Kids Mini-Mile will start first followed by the main 5K run.
How will I get my run number?
Your number will be available to pick up from our Help Desk on Hove Lawns from 09.30 on race day.
What do I do if lose my run number?
If you lose your run number please come back to the help desk on Race Day to have another re-issued. Please Note we only have a limited number of replacement numbers which will be issued on a first come first served basis.
Are there entries on the day of the run?
Yes. On the day registrations will be cash only and we have a limited number of places.
When do entries close?
Online entries close at midday Friday 26th October.
How long is the course?
The course is 5km and the mini-mile is 1 mile.
What do I do if I injure myself whilst running?
There will be medics and First Aiders stationed along the route
I have moved house/changed address since entering, can I change my contact details?
Yes-simply contact the run team at
Will there be changing facilities at the event?
No, there won’t be any dedicated changing facilities but their are council operated toilets close to the start line.
Will I be able to store my bag at the event?
No, there is no baggage facility.
Will there be any road closures?
No, there aren’t any road closures so drop off on Kingsway at Hove Lawns will be possible.
Can children enter the 5k run?
Yes, children can enter the 5k run but under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult who is taking part in the run.
Are there toilets?
Yes, there are public toilets near the start line.
Will water be provided?
Yes, there will be a water station at the finish line.
Can I run with a pram?
Yes, we just ask that you are mindful and considerate of other runners.
Can I run with my dog?
No, for health and safety reasons we don't allow pets / animals in the run.
